Added LongWar SMGs to the three tier scheme. Project "requires" the longwar pack for visuals. If you do not have it installed, your soldiers will hold invisible weapons. There is a separate INI in the config folder for changing things like movement bonus, detection range, and aim tables.

- Fixed upgrade from Mk2 - Mk3 Conventional Cannon
- Fixed issue with multiple aim/overwatch. Fix is not retroactive to weapons that have already been personalized.
