Had reports of AI destroying too many buildings simultaneously (can't replicate them sadly).

Added some measures which may help against this.

Changed handling of AI uprising a bit, AI will patch them if possible but now everyone can get it (overall frequency should be the same but it will make more gameplay sense).

Gestalts will work a bit better on low difficulties.

Lategame AIs mass battleships harder.

Some AIs will have different earlygame handling, providing more variety.

Fixed a problem with AI crashing the market on high difficulties.

Will have to revisit it later with a better fix.

Fixed some sources of harmful behaviour when AI was building buildings and then destroying them soon after.

Saw the report that machine uprisings happen too frequently.

Instead of fixing it (in the future I will make it depend on galaxy generation, some galaxies should have no uprisings, some should be taken over by Skynet), I made the newborn exterminators federate. Have fun.

Made sure AI doesn't use XL slots if they can't mount weapons on them.

Figured a workaround which mostly solves the problem of AI claiming fallen empires.

Small opinion modifier changes.
