Yeah this is a very old mod, and I don't have the time to update it anytime soon. Anyone's free to pick up and make an update of it though.

This mod definitely needs an update. Using it as-is will break many ESC technologies, making them inaccessible to players, even if fallen empires still have them.

I am not exactly sure atm how much of this has to be updated. Considering many things in this mod has already been covered in ACOT, making most of what this mod does kinda unnecessary.

Made another patch to fix all the errors that cwtools have discovered, and updated the events to be up to date with NSC.

Updated. Fixes Medium Titan Armor somehow gives higher armor than other armors (It is supposed to give less armor, but adds shields that'd compensate for it)

Also nerfs Stellarite Beam range a bit and gives Shroud Barrier a better icon (I think)

Updated. Added many new improved icons and buffs certain ZOFE weapons to be more competitive to ESC's ones. (Mostly the T-Sized weapons)

Hi, I have traced errors in the log to your version of fallen_weaponry.txt. There are 5-6 errors referring to various @variables that are defined nowhere. Have you checked the err.log file lately? I can post more tonite if you need more input.

Wonderful mod! I was hoping a that you could do a similar mod for PJ's: Enigmatic Ascension mod. It's very similar to ZoFE, practically inspired by it, but it doesn't have a lot of the fluff text and coding that Zenith has. It's just a simpler and smoother experience for me so I'd love it if you could do a compatability patch!

Oh wow! Really glad to have found this mod! Been using ESC and ZOFE for quite some time and it always bugged me how much better the ESC weapons were, especially considering how much work you have to put in for the Fallen Weaponry.

Another minor update that makes every FE ships use Dark Matter Deflector instead of highest tier shield, this is so that you can unlock Dark Matter Deflector, and lateron, Improved Dark Matter Deflector.

NOTE: These changes are semi-retroactive. You'll have to destroy any FE ships that were already spawned before this update, then wait for the FE script to create a new FE fleet.

Just updated the mod, this time I check all the ESC-related events and modify them so Ascended Empires also get to see those events.

Also this may upset some poeople who prefer easier games. But in order to make FE ships drop proper techs for allowing Ascension (Dark Matter stuffs). I have to make a modification to FE global ship designs based on ESC Overrides.

This makes FE uses FE-tech (Which are empowered when used on FE ships). But also makes them much deadlier since their weak combat computers are now replaced with bionic ones.

@tmonahan23 Technically speaking this mod will work without ESC override, just that there's one specific vanilla file that is override. Think I'll just take ESC override down.

Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention, this mod will likely make the FE generally stronger because they will have better combat computer and better shields.
