THIS WORKS TOTALLY FINE, I INSPECTED THE CODE AND FOUND NO OUTDATED CODE!
Oh no. Thank God i have a Mod that makes everything research-able. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Also nerfs Stellarite Beam range a bit and gives Shroud Barrier a better icon (I think)
NOTE: These changes are semi-retroactive. You'll have to destroy any FE ships that were already spawned before this update, then wait for the FE script to create a new FE fleet.
Also this may upset some poeople who prefer easier games. But in order to make FE ships drop proper techs for allowing Ascension (Dark Matter stuffs). I have to make a modification to FE global ship designs based on ESC Overrides.
This makes FE uses FE-tech (Which are empowered when used on FE ships). But also makes them much deadlier since their weak combat computers are now replaced with bionic ones.
