Espionage can be used to transfer the Psionic Mark of Shroud Invaders to the territory of other empires.
Added small event to get starfish pops without invading Preserved Worlds.
Psionic Inhibitors suppress the formation of Shroud Invaders' psionic entities.
Excited Shroud can be accessed during cooldown by spending more resources.
Special pre-sapient pops will be randomly spawned in the galaxy.
Added admirals to the fleet of the Gamma Area Defensive System.
