MOD indispensable in my games!
Well this is more than a week old, but whatever. Did you use the mod as is, or the update patch for 2.7? Because I'm playing a Hive Mind, and I now I don't know if it broke or not too..

While mostly it was a straight port, I did make a few changes to make crime even more meaningful (overviewed in the description). Do any of them sound reasonable to incorporate here?

I love your mod, and appreciate more dangerous crime.
Unfortunately I cannot use your mod as it has a bug where bureaucrats don't exist.

This works inversely too if an AI Criminal Syndicate plobs a branch office on my capital early on. At that point its pretty much a restart since my much-needed-pops are useless.
