fr i mean it. i do look forward to 4.0, but when all the mods are up to date and most bugs are worked out. im thankful to not be forced to scour for older versions

You can subscribe the legacy version in the mod collection.
Sadly no. 4.0 is basically a remake of how the pop works, as well as their jobs.
Try play 3.14 with the mod disabled, some modifiers might not work, but others are working as they should be.
I am not too sure though. Nobody knows what Paradox's stupid AI was thinking.
