u made beautiful stuff. I would like to learn this too. So i ask u could u teach me something? I already learned how make and asset with sketch up and import things into the game. But there is no textures for those assets. I got also blender and 3ds Max but i dont know the texture step by step. And I have plenty of time.

btw, you have written "I don't undirstend" (yep, with mistakes) in Russian. Were there any cyrillic comments you have deleted, or it is an answer for Spanish commeters below?)

Lass die Fenster noch tiefer in die wände ein. Das erzeugt etwas mehr tiefe.
Nutze stärkere normal maps und füge ein paar % reflektion zu wänden und dächern hinzu. Das betont die normal maps.
Füge ein wenig "dreck" und abnutzungspuren zu den Texturen hinzu. Gerade an den rändern der Fenster und auf dem dach.
