I mean the whole building is pretty much white when zoomed out. I guess it's an issue with the LOD at night?

Not sure how to dim the floodlights when zoomed out. Looks like it affects the official buildings with floodlights as well since they look equally as bright.
Anyway this is how it looks like at blue hour-night, so it's already kinda bright IRL :)

U have to unlock the buildings first. This one's level 6. So you'll probably need a population of 21K and above in your city, if I'm not wrong.

I can't seem to find this in my game. I look in the landmark option but don't see it. Im also having the same problem with other buildings I downloaded. Does anyone know what I'm not doing right?

Export as an .fbx file. Polygon count should not be ballistic high. Have only 1 diffuse texture file to one model (Their limitations sadly). Specular, Bump, Illumination maps are all also tied to the diffuse texture and different filenames. E.g. ocbc.fbx, then you should have ocbc_d.jpg (if texture if JPEG) and ocbc_s.jpg (specular map) etc.
