It was an oversight by me; I've fixed this now.
Replace every "gfx/models/portraits/cybernetics/cybernetics_portrait_12_m_stage_2_mask.dds" by "gfx/models/portraits/cybernetics/cybernetics_portrait_12_m_stage_1_mask.dds", save, and enjoy !

Yes, and it's a great suggestion will really bring a bit more variety into the cybernetic stages.
Its really easy to make more so yeah I do wanna add at least double the amount.
