If you really want to use this mod, you can sub to an older version and rollback your game. Alternatively, I believe ariphaos unofficial Stellaris patch, which is maintained, on account of possibly not having to worry about cruise missiles etc etc streaking in, contains components of this and other mods.
It's so hard to make StarTech works with every version of the game... why won't devs incorporate mods like these to the game ?
This applies to all Starnet AI, Starnet for NSC3 and Startech.

its still a empty folder....
I have tested a save with only this mod enabled and this bug occurred, so it is not caused by any of the other mods I typically use.
2.11 What has been updated?
I don't have any other mods that modify the gameplay. Once I disable this mod everything goes back to normal.
This was a crucial mod to have, but Since 3.8 the vanilla AI is good enough anyway.
