Is it easy to assume that this mod is dead? It doesn't seem to spawn any different type of districts any more and hasn't seen an update in over a year

It's a shame if it is dead as it was such a great mod

PLEASE ensure that regardless of the type that there is a generator district of some kind i love this mod but a housing only planet is a pain without at least a gen distinct...

This is not a functioning 3.0 mod Guardian.
But yes, I have had similar, it's probably an incompatibility.

And having the mod at the bottom of my current list seems to not have it even register in the game, despite the popup in the beginning of the game... Very weird. No randomization on the nearby planets at all..

After briefly turning off the mod and starting a new game - I can now confirm that this mod breaks the districts on the new type of gameplay. With unlocks and such now being needed through housing district, this mod doesn't function in it's current state.

I seem to be having a rather serious issue now that nemesis is around... My game starts up fine, but 1-2 days into the game, my districts go wonky - and I'm left with 2, a main housing district, and an alloy/consumer goods district.

Anyone else running into any kind of problem like this?

Will new districs also appear on your home world, because last I played my Home world only had the generic districts which made it kinda boring in comparison to new worlds.

Yeah. I overhauled some systems in the mod, as they made compatibilites difficult, as this version was built for 2.6 and since then most mods (that have connections to District Overhaul) have been largly changed in the back-end.
Origenally I was looking for an update to 2.8, but as 3.0 was around the corner I wanted to wait to directly push to 3.0.
But as 3.0 influenced the planet economy more then I hoped / expected and I am currently extremly busy I am not sure when I will do a full release for 3.0.

The testbranch (now linked at the top of the description) is working in 3.0 right now, it is pretty stable and mostly bug-free (except one caused by the 3.0 update, which breaks a few jobs).
If you want to test the mod in 3.0 feel free to head over there and use the TestBranch.

They can correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm reading the discussion right, the author has skipped releasing a 2.8 version, and is now working on a 3.0 version. The current test build below has addressed some 3.0 issues but does still have bugs to fix, AI to balance, etc

Author is working on 2.8, currently in testing. Once finished, this page will stay as 2.7 and the new one will be a new page

I have an issue with not being able to see all the districts as I can only see 8 with the mods I have on there. Is there a mod that allows scrolling in the district window? Atm once I build a district I can't see from the 8 showing I cannot later change it cause I cant click on it.

Love this mod but i think there is really too much distrcits added and all the resear is all in engineering, that can bring a lot of issues by saturating this particular domain and making you unable to research vital techs.

this might be a dumb question, but I've read up and down this description and I cant seem to find my new districts after ive made enacted the decision to create the new district.... any help would be cool haha
