According to AI analysis, since offhand functionality didn’t originally exist in RimWorld itself, its verbs are not distinguished on the MVCF side. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from anyone who might be able to help.
The reason I ask is because it's listed as a modDependencies in the xml, but Steam Workshop doesn't claim it needs any dependency, nor does the Vanilla Expanded Books mention needing this core framework.
Is this a bug? Is it supposed to have this in modDependencies?
