Sorry for the sudden message. I'm trying to patch external DLLs into files like DualWieldCompat.cs within MVCF to prevent offhand aiming (from Dual Wield) from being unintentionally linked to turret hediff targeting, which uses MVCF's ExtendedVerbGiver. However, it’s not going well.

According to AI analysis, since offhand functionality didn’t originally exist in RimWorld itself, its verbs are not distinguished on the MVCF side. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from anyone who might be able to help.

Is this necessary for Vanilla Expanded Books?
The reason I ask is because it's listed as a modDependencies in the xml, but Steam Workshop doesn't claim it needs any dependency, nor does the Vanilla Expanded Books mention needing this core framework.

Is this a bug? Is it supposed to have this in modDependencies?

When will this mod go under preparations for 1.6 (if such a time has been selected)? A bit early for 1.6 itself, but curious when it'll be updated so mods that use the framework will also be ready for updating ahead of the 1.6 release.

Hello? I recently downloaded this framework mod, and any time I tried getting into a dev test or create a new world, it deleted all the pawns and Black screened? I only have harmony and this activated too. is it a new bug?

A pawn with 1 bodysize with a vef bodysize multiplier of 10 will have 40 health scale. I'm not sure it should be working like that.

People are claiming your mod interacts weirdly with the new patch for adaptive framework. But after testing, my game still breaks with or without this mod active. I don't think this is your issue.

Having both this and the adaptive storage framework loading together causes a CTD. For anyone getting the CTD disabling either seems to fix the issue for now.

The updates to this mod are constant, and usually not player-facing. If you NEED to see the updates, you can look at the commits on GitHub. But if you didn't already know that, you don't need to know what they are about ;)

@sarg any idea when the next update comes ? regarding the bug you found with a anomaly exclusive thing and VE insecoids 2 in discord ? steam kinda overwrote my VE framework 2x already ( aim using the one you gave me on discord which was fixed ) no pressure just asking maybe ill make a local copy for now

Oskar Potocki what do you think of this mod idea and it should count as Vanilla Expanded
mod that lets the player call factions large reinforcements instead of the default amount of reinforcements
and i think it could be Vanilla Expanded because calling a small amount of reinforcements when
the base is under attack by mechanoids or a powerful enemy assault is just stupid so it would make sense if they send more bigger/powerful reinforcements such as double to triple the amount

Well I wanted to start modding this game and use the framework but having just this mod and harmony causes all my new saves to not have wildlife and in old saves the wild life instantly just run away. I did the google form so just waiting on a response.

using the multiplayer mod with a friend and it says requires files from biotech? he doesn't have the dlc and we haven't had this issue before.
