Thanks for the reply. I had already found the mk2 version and it was much improved, so thankyou for that too. Love the BSG viper esque feel to it.

Been a while since I last built this in survival, but a quick check with a pasted-in ship showed no problems with attaching the missiles.
A rotor-head is not required on the ship, as it sits on the missile itself. If there is a head attached to the rotor already, you'll have to detach it or grind it off.
Make sure both the ship and the missile are aligned correctly among all axis. If that is not the case, the rotor will force the missile into the correct position at the moment it is attached, which can summon clang. I also recommend to release the missile from the tug ship, before attaching it.

However, please notice that the missile is quite outdated and underperforming. So I would recommend to go straight for the Rakki Mk II .

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't understand how to build this in survival. I can print it no problem, have to add a rotor head to it as there is not one in the blueprint, but when I move the missile into position and press the attach button on the ship it (holding it with a landing gear on a tug ship) just blows up.

I've updated the scripts and made some tweaks to the vessel and the missiles, so they should work as intended again. The missile blueprint has also been published for easy reproduction (Sry, I know I promised to do this sooner but I forgot again).

I don't know about anyone else, but the missile were broken for me but I managed to fix them.
The script seems to have forgot that it needs to be set to a "1" for the disconnect method (rotor) and also it forgot the name of the targeting computers in the launch control
