Ethics and Civics Alternative - Redux

This started out as a rework of my edit and fix patch for Petruxa's original mod Ethics and Civics Alternative. However, I ended up touching so many files I was only a few short of re-publishing the mod, so that's what this is.

This is standalone from Petruxa's source mod. You only need this.

Note: The required DLC are only the ones needed to enable full functionality, they are all optional. I do however recommend getting all the DLC if you can find them at a favourable discount.

Note 2: The only required item is Ariphaos patch. I've put the UI Overhaul stuff there to save you time searching for them.

Changes over the base mod:

* All relevant fixes from Ariphaos Unofficial Patch.
* Relevant edits from MadJames' Revolutions - Ethics and Civics.
* Relevant edits from MrFunEGuy's fork of this mod
* Relevant edits from Ethics & Civics Classic - the progenitor of this mod
* Improved edits of my no-name empire fixes.
* Fixed issues found in the game error log when running just this mod and Ariphaos patch.
* Fixed most errors found by the Visual Studio Code plugin CWTools[marketplace.visualstudio.com] - while there are some left I'm not worried about them. If you're making mods for Stellaris you should get that extension.

Everything else is as in Petruxa's base mod.

If you intend to use any Ethics and Civics Alternative compatibility patches you'll need to use Irony Mod Manager[bcssov.github.io] to merge my edits and theirs - except for the UI Overhaul Dynamic patch, that you can use as-is.

Consider this available to you under the same terms as Petruxa's original - you can take this and do what you will with it.
