Just as a reminder to folks, this isn't abandoned, just my health issues and other irl stuff dictate how often I can get around to updating it.
Plus even in best possible circumstances I'm not going to be keeping up with Paradox's 3-monthly patch cycle.
Doesn't even let you boot to the main menu. Troubleshot as much as I could but could not get this mod to work.
You current options for an E&C fork is either FunEGuys fork of this or E&C BugBranch which is a fork of ethics classic.
I will be updating this and all other mods I'm looking after the moment my irl situation allows. I'm spending money to keep up with DLC and I can't play the game until I update this and other mods.
I know, but many old mods still work with current version of the game (some of them provoke minor bugs during the game, but it still works). While in exactly that situation the game crushes. So I want to understand, whether the mod doesn't work with current version of the game entirely, or it crushes because of some other mods that I use
MrFunEGuy's version is working, but I would rather prefer the mod without "More Authorities" integrated.
I do have the mod in a private gitlab repo but I'm still undecided if I want to make it public and start accepting merge requests.
Although the civics may be different in your mod so you will likely need to do some work to make it match, I can help if need be!
That said 3.5 brought a new way for me to try and work around no-name empires due to ethics/civics changes so I'll be inserting that liberally everywhere too.
@LordofLA - In that case, I patiently wait. Not like Stellaris/modding is the most productive thing I could be doing, haha. Hope your health improves.
I got as far as empire names the other day, I've been busy the past few times with IRL stuff though and now have a cold so updating is on pause again but should resume once I stop sneezing every time I breathe :D
