Reduces max ethic points to 4. Adjusts Gestalt and Focused ethics accordingly.

You're right. I'm ignorant. lol I guess it's been way too long since I played EC Classic—I completely forgot it changed the civics points.

Yes, all I changed from ECA default was the ethic point count.

Is it supposed to increase starting civic picks to 3 from vanilla 2?
