@The Lizard Xing, I have checked again. It is fine, only animated species are shown. Maybe you also activated pathc mod randomisation of all species?

Hey just so you know, if you add the

playable=no
randomized=no

tags to the species_classes files, it will hide the races from both the AI generator AND human players. Might want to use those for the race categories that have no animated portraits at all to declutter the UI.

@Tex Hex, this mod works with custom races main mod. And usually such mods do not spport achievements. You can play ironman with any mod ....

I had an Empire of Duros spawn, and they were being referred to as 'Wookies.' Ditto regular humans being called Klingons.

Is there a patch for the unanimated races? I'm trying to do a Mass Effect playthrough and this patch removed half of the Mass Effect Races.

@Tsume Adrian McMetsupants, for that you need to disable this mod/patch and use only main mod. As randomisation uses any race.

Thank you for this mod, but is it possible to make it so random races don't spawn using the namelists you included? What I mean by that is, is there a way to ensure I stop running into Vulkans named Asari, and other immersion hurting combinations like that?

@Fugasas, Are you perchance planning on collecting outdated (animated) races and alternatively still active ones from other users / modders and joining them into your united mod? I very much like how it is organized and a single mod, makes my own and others' their mod list look clean.

FYI: My main mod United Sci-Fi races was updated: now you can play as animated EDI from Mass Effect, animated Terminator or static Eve Online factions.
