Actually..? Yeah! if possible, an over both shoulders option would be AMAZING! it'd be like a cloak/cape

In the over the shoulder position, can you add an option over both shoulders? just for aesthetics purposes.
And thanks you very much for this immersive mod. (comment made with Google translator)

@spongie - Updated, thank you!

Hi I've noticed that the masks in this mod are broken and cause issues with some other mods.

You can fix it by going to ProjectZomboid\media\textures\Body\Masks and then copying Mask, Belt, Crotch, LeftLeg, and RightLeg into media\textures\Clothes\MPoncho

Just thought I'd let you know in case you get around to updating
UMURANGI GIRL 20 Jan @ 6:37pm
Are other colours included?

@McGuigz - Thanks for letting me know, I was able to reproduce your issue. Looking into it now.
McGuigz 18 Jan @ 9:37am
@Eric i believe its from KATTAJ1 Military Pack, i think
eric  [author] 18 Jan @ 9:28am
@McGuigz - Are you referring to the base game military boots, or military boots from another mod? I just tested this mod with the base game military boots and was unable to reproduce your issue. I recall encountering a similar boot visibility issue in B42 while using the pants from Wayne's US Military Pack but I'm not certain if the issue was with his mod or this one.

Love the mod but i have a very strange bug every time i use the poncho, my military boots look as if they are full of holes then when i take the poncho off it fixes

@prime normal - Updated so that ponchos can be crafted again

Lets go, the hero we needed, i can finally update to 42.

You are my hero, Ponchos are an essential part of most of my outfits, and the vanilla ones are so bland (Although, probably realistic considering how cheap rain ponchos look)

Thanks for the job :)

Can't find the recipe. where is that?

@gamerpoets - So after some testing, the military ponchos from this mod do protect against magazine armor getting wet, with the exception of magazine armor worn on the forearms. However, the forearms are exposed with the poncho on, so this kind of makes sense from a realism standpoint. Magazine armor worn on the chest, thighs, and shins will not become more wet as long as the military poncho is worn.

@2M4L - I'll upload an alternate version with Akyet's original protection values that will be linked in the description of this mod.
2M4L 2 Jan @ 3:54pm
would you care to upload an alternate version of the mod with the +40 bite and +50 scratch intact?
Aesthetic45 2 Jan @ 11:39am
hell yeah brother
gamerpoets 2 Jan @ 9:52am
I appreciate you looking. That's very cool of you. Thank you.
eric  [author] 2 Jan @ 9:21am
@gamerpoets - I will dig into magazine armor later today. It should be possible, but I don't want to say for sure without looking into it further.
gamerpoets 2 Jan @ 7:43am
The new stats make sense. Would it be possible to have ponchos protect magazine armor from being ruined in rain? That would be a cool feature.
eric  [author] 2 Jan @ 6:24am
@Suncheep - Protection stats were reduced from +40 bite / +50 scratch defense over the entire body to +5 bite / +10 scratch. It was essentially an armored cloak in the original mod and felt OP. The insulation, wind, and water resistance were left untouched (low insulation, good wind resistance, really good water resistance).

Crafting recipes were removed due to an old coding format that was used for the original mod that no longer works. The mod runs with the crafting recipes in place, however, the game throws a large number of errors and it breaks vehicles. I decided to remove the recipes as a quick fix instead of reworking the entire recipes for B42.

If there is any interest in a separate mod upload with Akyet's original protection values, I can make that happen.
Suncheep 2 Jan @ 4:51am
what's the stats?
