Thanks for all your work over the years to keep this mod going. Its my favourite by a long way.

Just a thought for something that would be good to see in the future it would be great to be able to start as one of the standard lore fallen empires (I know you can manufacture this start already) as it could be an origin complete with history and unique challenges that come with it - but maybe with a different style of awakening event focusing on factions. Could be a fun alternative to normal games as you cant expand but you could lose more systems/tech/fleets resourse potentially due to faction infighting and you role as the player is to minimise this and bring the awakening before the crisis and originals hit.

Anyway keep up the great work

I am making a modpack with this mod as well as sandbox and megacorp and the gigastructure compat patch included, ive narrowed it down to Zenith being the culprit but whenever i load up the game it loads up fine but as soon as i push new game it hard freezes and i need to alt f4 every time. its repeatable. so as of the phoenix version Zenith is no longer working. silly paradox and their frequent updates :(

Is anyone else getting an issue with the game claiming all your former saves are now incompatible?
It's telling me my saves are from older versions (Circinus, Andromeda etc) despite them definitely not being that old

Ok here's one of many brainstorming ideas for zenith 4.0 or maybe 5.0 if that ends up happening.
Mostly integrating some sub mods as part of the main mod.
1. Zenith of fallen empires:classical ascension. With this you can keep your species metal color along with a flag color. This could be expanded upon with a situation log right in the ZOFE event chain where you pick your design and you pick the neutral design then a new option will start where you create your own style where you decide how the design goes. It would be split into two choices.You pick either the ethic design, or the species design. i really do like this mod along with ACOT and Gigastructures my trinity with mods along with fallen empires that don't really get enough attention by the devs. Keep up with the good work.#YearOfTheFallen:Blessing:

@majoryt @Clownpeace I am on 3.14 but i debugged it already, at 3.8 you got all of these so i don't understand what happened. Btw anyone ever experienced that the war goals are gone, Conquer and Humiliate only available.

@Quo I don't know which version you're on but the Sandbox ascension options are based on what Ascension Perks you already have. I only usually got Colossi after picking up Defender of the Galaxy/Galactic Contender

rarely post however, did try zenith in v4.0.3, ran ok til the event pop-up killed my FPS, interesting it did enable the bio DLC tech for research (do not own the last 8 or so DLC's).
so back to 3.14.

Outstanding mod gents, just over powered for the OP weapons.

Ahh okay, I understand. Yea they have been releasing patches very fast for a bit now. Was getting a bit annoyed, but from what Ive saw in these patches, it seems to just be bug fixes, which probably explains why the reviews nose dived to mixed. But if you do end up updating it, please make it so that it doesnt make a trillion pop ups appear, it will kill the performance in the game. Oh and its not just your mod, I had multiple mods in my modlist doing this. So, yea, your not the only one Im gonna be telling this to. But thanks for being a great modder cause this mod is awesome.

The mod will start updating when Paradox slows down with the patches, currently there are daily patches and a lot of things are changing, it would be wasted effort to update just to update the same thing over and over. Please be patient and don't use the mod until it's updated.

It's funny, but the mod, in general, works quite well on the current version of the game, it's just that after a couple of days from the moment of launch, an empty window pops up, which is very difficult to close. If you disable this update in the settings, then endless spam begins, because of which I was even afraid that my laptop would simply burn out. So I'm waiting for the update with impatience.)

The new hive fallen empire gave me a idea for militarist fallen empires, A divided militaristic empire where there are different warring clans and you can support or denounce them if you support them enough you would get dark matter tech as a reward.

Looking at the files, it looks like I was supposed to get original_people_digsite_2_started set to my country after finishing the.. Relic world archaeology site? Yet I didn't get it for some reason, hence why I can't continue the OE situation.

I assume there's a way to forcefully add it, but frankly I have no idea how.

Hello again! Is the fastest strategy to getting utopian worlds just researching all the tiers of the automated industries? I conquered "The Archives" to get a jump start this time, but the excavation site locked itself once it vaguely mentioned utopian worlds...

On the topic of OE, is there something I'm doing wrong? I researched the ship awakening & lowered the shield, but it's still defined as a shielded world. I exhausted all my options (that I'm aware of) to progress the storyline, yet nothing else is happening.

It's been over 10 years ingame, I assumed I was waiting for some system to appear or something (since one of the archaeology sites said we were looking for a system), but... Nothing. Am I just being impatient?

Is it still possible to get all the Original technologies as a non-Original empire? I have all the weapons and components but am very inhibited by insufficient power generation

You can tweak crisis strength in the ZoFE menu as well as the before game start screen

Thanks for your answer. I would suggest you give her the Fleetpower/damage buffs she needs or deactivate her crisis, as right now it completely stalls the late game as she gets stuck and no other crisis can start and the FEs also cant be interacted with while she is there.

You can tweak how strong Fallen Empires are in the menu that pops up at the start of the game. Cetana changed quite a lot and we are still trying to tie her into the lore of the mod :)

Hey love the mod, been playing again recently after a long pause and am loving it. I do have a problem in the endgame though and am unsure what causes it. Cetana spawns and overtakes the dormant Xenophobe FE as she should. Then the rest all declare war on her, so far so good. However the other FEs absolutely demolish her fleets, a look in the wiki tells me that this should not happen because of the insane damage modifiers both get. I guess this mod raises the power of the FE fleets, could that be the cause?
