I can't replicate either of those when running the mod myself, they are most likely another mod doing something, @Clappy it sounds like you have one that post-processes the starting system.

Given the state of 4.0 I am taking the decision that I am not doing any more mod development until it stabilises, because the 4.0.15 update broke half ym mods completely. I will conintue with basic bug fixes when I have time.

Found a bug that only pertains to Gestalt Consciousness, as far as I can tell? It worked perfectly fine on my organic empire, so.

(Started a game with the OP system, could see all the rare deposits, then unpaused, leading to every single deposit disappearing except EC, some engineering research, and some dark matter. Tested it a few times and kept happening.)

I wouldn't think so.

I would suggest trying the non-isolated version (keep scrolling through them, there is a still hyperlane linked version for not breaking the precursors). It may be that UOR tries to fire an event on a nearby star and then crashes when there are no nearby stars

hey, was running under one rule origin with this and been having consistent crashes when starting a new game. ive turned off every mod except for this. idk if im missing something but i feel like that origin shouldnt conflict with op connected system?

The machineworld origin does a load of playing around with starting deposits that will break the start because it comes in and overwrites all the solar system deposits after the system has been created.

hey, dunno if it´s a bug or purpose but if you chose as ure origin machineworld a lot less minerals and since are in the starting system.

The main isolated cluster init has an "on spawn effect" at the bottom. What that does is create a new system with random planets, then for each hyperlane connected to the isolated system, remove the hperlane and replace it with one to the new system. This isolates you while also not screwing over the overall star map.

It's just I only had 67 mods and had to wait a week for the modders to update them cause the latest release broke them. Glad to hear this one still works though.

It should require no changes as it make snow vanilla overrides. I maintain a lot of mods so try to avoid making a "version number bump" release every version.

If its not working please let me know what's wrong and I'll have a look.

It's a solar system so it has no conflicts AFAIK. If it's not showing try unsubbing and re subscribing

The 3.12 version (probably still says 3.9, but trust me it works) now has a connected version as well, so your optiosn are now completely disconnected, wormhole, or just a very OP start system.

please.. PLEASE add this system to the Knights of the Toxic God origin, im salivating and going feral at the idea of Isolated Knights poring over every square inch of their home system in a desperate attempt to find ANY clues.

or add a specific toxic god system (just needs the Hab i believe) with or without wormhole.

I confirmed, It is this mod which broke my game. When i am trying to load a new game with one empire use this as the starting system the game always broke.

If you can't get this working with Broken Shackles, does that mean that getting a version of this made for the Toxic God Origin is similarly doomed? Would be nice if I could play the Toxic God origin with this, but I'll deal with it if it isn't possible.

No idea which mod caused the issue but before i had one random something_terran_something_something instead of an actual name but Ive turned off NSC and other mods that go with it and its magically working now. Whether it was one of those mods or a coincidence, i have no idea. Its working now so thats all that matters lol.

It is a solar system initializer, so it is an option on the Home Planet selection screen (not origin). There is an input for Home System, keep cycling through that and you will find it.

I either dont understand how this works or its a mod conflict causing it to not appear. I cannot find where to set this as a start. Its not appearing in origins or where you choose your starting system. What am I doing wrong?

I just wanted to report that the descriptions of the origins refer to "gagastructural" enginieering instead of "gigastructural".

(Only affects new games), to add to existing games you need to add the star flag "giga_no_lanes"
