Further to that, keep in mind that the original mods add each tier in each cosmetic version. So, you can have CV/Tier 1 weapons that look like magnetic or plasma, but the stats are still only CV/Tier 1.

So it might look like you've got all tiers of weapons for free, but you don't.

For those, the same goes as I said below, except they will be listed as TLP_V_ 2 or 3 _ weapon class _CV. Go check Veehementia's mods ini files if you're confused. You'll figure it out.

Reading comments about infinite stock of weapons. If you are talking about conventional tier weapons, then FYI this mod doesn't make that tier single build.

If that's what you want, you will need to go into the XComStrategyTuning.ini file and add the CV version of each weapon to get it to be single build.

If you're talking about higher tiers of weapons, then I can't help you. Sorry.

Is this compatible with modified config in that mod? I personally use the order of Conv > Mag > Laser > Beam > Coil.

and there is still default cv weaponry on my inventory, is this right?

I never tried prototype armory b4, so is it right to have infinite amount of tlp cv, mg, and bm weapons on my soldier whose got rifle class? or am I missing something here? because I read the prototype armory desc, it says buildable every weapon type

no this mod is strictly cosmetic, however if you are using 5TWO You can tune the costs how you like in the config files.

One question: I used the Iridar's 5 tier weapons last year, and I think the costs of the weapons were very low, even in late game, so, this mod makes the costs of the weapons more expensive? If the answer is yes, I will try out this mod.

Yes? You need to do that in 5TWO to make that mod itself play nicely in Covert Infiltration/Prototype Armoury.. as per that mods instructions ...

This mod assumes you have done the required steps prior. AND THEN makes the TLP weapons+visual reduxes work in that setup

I think you need to config [WOTC] Iridar's Five Tier Weapon Overhaul for this mod to work properly:

To make all weapons affected by this overhaul become single-buildable (finite items), go to: ..\Config\4FinalAdjustments\XComTemplateEditor.ini and replace:
+AliasPairs = (T = "True", A = "IRIWTO_EnableSchematics")

Yeah still having trouble with this too, i ended up just going back to LW2, feels weird to play without 5 tiers of weapons now after so long and this just doesnt work as well as the built in LW2 or LWOTC system.

wait do we have to manually edit the base, laser and coil weapons our self's?
I'm just using this bridge mod to use the coil and laser weapons as a 4th and 5th tier
and I'm not sure if it can work alongside the weapon and items overhaul (and it's smg plugin)

Afraid I'm having issues too, it's probably some sort of incompatibility with another mod, but no matter what I try when I research mag weapons, the only thing that can be bought is the Mag Shotty. I've looked through all the comments, and set up everything as it should be, but yeah no dice.

@Jess you are supposed to have an infinite number of each of the tiers at the conventional tech level and the damage number for the conventional level skins should be the same as the base game conventional weapons.

Once you have completed the necessary research for the next tech level is when the skins become buildable.

Yeah i wasnt able to get it working properly, i ended up using LWOTC instead of CI since i couldnt get this 5 tier mod working with TLP. The problem was that i had an infinite amount of all the TLP weapons from all tiers available.

I cant seem to get this to work properly but perhaps im misunderstanding what the mod does? Ive got everything set up correctly including 5 tier single build edit done but im getting an infinite amount of all of the weapons appearing in the inventory can anyone help?

yeah it appeared that was the issue, when I researched coilguns I unlocked the mag weapons.

Running into some issues myself, might be due to the fact that I installed this after having researched mag weapons. None of the weapons show up after following the single build instructions, so I am not sure where I went wrong.

I have this installed along with Iridar's 5 Tier Weapon Overhaul and it does not seem to be playing well with Prototype Armoury. Finished researching Mag Weapons, weapons came up as Squad Upgrades rather than individual build as I was expecting. Purchased the squad upgrade, no weapons available to equip. Strange, not sure what is going on.

This version should only be used with Iridar's Five tier weapon overhaul and most likely will not work with that mod because I did not use WSR to create the changes in this mod.
