I cannot find the answer anywhere and 'add hediffs' in dev mode certainly doesn't have the options to do so as far as I can see.
You Can only implant evolved organs there tho

did i do something wrong or is that a bug that needs fixing?
As for ideas... how about beauty modifiers on certain parts? Like, the claw arms cause a -5 or something but the eyes/nose cause a +5?
Other than that i wouldn't mind this getting expanded to include animal species. For example, imagine turning your run of the mill Warg into a large, hairy, xenomorph. Or a pack of dogs that can tear apart mechanoids with ease?
