For some reason the transparent roofs only give me 50% light which isn't enough for most plants.

greetings, i didnt have any problems with this amaing mod for a very very long time ... untill today had .. slightly unlucky raids ... 8pawns with thrumbos vs 39 modern raiders with flak and assault guns (lucky no rockets...) but still 2 thrumbos died (NO KILLBOX) ... i somehow deal with that (ideology venerated animal rip) sooo , immedietly after having mech cluster with auto mortar ... sadly even though steel roof is immune to its fire ... somehow my solar roof even though hit somehow lost some batteries (and no its not these cheap batteries but modded from "efficient batteries" so its gold, plasteel and silver 4 of them away ... is that the batteries themselves or just the mortar shooting though solar panels ?

I'm looking forward to updating the mod to 1.5. And I ask the Author to make sure that the landing capsules really do not land on your mountain base.

I have fixed all compile errors in version 1.5, but the solar roof is now broken. I will create a new mod page if everything works fine.

While I did update it and am still testing it I dont think its 100% updated. I think there is some back end code that I have not figured out yet. The options to build and visuals are all there but things can still drop pod in. So attempting to figure that out.

I am giving you all a heads up. I will not be supporting/updating this mod any longer. If someone wishes to continue development of this let me know so we can switch hands. You must know how to code and build assemblies. Otherwise it is a dead mod for the time being.

the door bug has been around for ever just lock the door's use or just un-install it or delete it til built, also its issue is when a pawn crosses thru the door so leaving it open doesn't help sadly

Does using the transparent roofs not help with the indoors debuff, like with Dub's Skylight?

Dub's Skylight treats an indoor garden area as nature if there are enough decorative beauty plants. I tried doing the same with this mod but it doesn't seem like it's treated as nature, unless the number of plants needed is different.

Just switched over to this from ER and I'm already well pleased - aside from a strange mod reaction I haven't yet been able to determine the source of which meant that my power usage has for some reason gone from +2000 to -4000 when I wasn't even using ER's solar roofing (because I could never get them to work). Even so, itjust served as an incentive to get a solar roof up ASAP so no harm done. One odd thing I'm noting however is that if you try to put down at least solar roofs over doors, when the door opens it deletes the blueprint directly above the door and any on the walls to either side. Not sure if that's the mod or a mod conflict with something else though.

Can you add the option to build thick stone roofs? Also, if there is not a config for this already, I would love to see the option to disable drop pod/mortar/tornado immunity from transparent roofing, solar roofing, and transparent solar roofing.

Zones for constructing steel roof are disabled when the closest doors or something activated, so the each side of a door could be un-constructable as long as don't set the door kept closed.

It's actually raining, snowing, and else meteorological effects, through these roofs. I every time get tricked by it "Oh no, quick there's a hole there, I need to... oh wait no." ^^

Been using this for a while now! Absolutely love this mod. If you ever have time, could you consider making transparent roofing considered sunlight for phytokins? Running a colony with phytokins expanded and I wanted to put transparent roofing over their beds, but it still considers them out of sunlight.

Can Transparent and Transparent Solar be set so that the brightness of the light is between 51% and 100%?
There is no way to make a transparent greenhouse when the light brightness is set at 50%.

ths mod is currently breaking Remove Roof Area and Ignore Roof Area, they don't persist on the ground when placed and instead act to select and remove existing roofs

Is there any way to stop the roofs from being selected to be demolished by the regular demolish button? Whenever i go to demolish any structures under one of these roofs I have to be careful that i'm not also selecting the roof tiles to be demolished too

When installing new roof over water, it builds bridges which have to be removed after. Any chance of this being changed so it doesn't require bridges to build the roof?

Roof appears to drastically lower temp of room in a hot biome. I tested in an extreme desert with only this mod, Harmony, Hugslib, and Core. Daytime temp started at 130 F and rose to 159 F. Room was empty 11X24 stone w/wood door, no traffic in or out. Room temp started at 130 F, dropped to 108 F by the time the outside temp peaked. I'm seeing about 10 degrees drop in a biome that reaches about 110 at the high end. Mountain roofs on the same maps don't drop like this, nor do vanilla auto roofs. Makes it very hard to regulate temps inside. I have to run heaters inside even on hot days. This is otherwise an awesome mod! Thanks for making it.

yeah we need to fix about the problem when some one try to move pass the roof building spot the only way to build in those spot right now it just to stop the pawn trying to walk pass that roof section untill it being build

Korgi, do you have the windows mod installed? Make sure its not reducing the light level in the settings
