@hyper_fool_80 There are restrictions on where they can be built. For a habitat to allow a mine it has to be built over a mineral deposit. For the power plant just think of it as a solar panel array or something. Ill put up an update eventually to give them different names on habitats but since its just a cosmetic thing im not in any hurry to do it.

Is there a way to make it so that you can't build some types of buildings on different planet types? I mean it is kinda weird to be able to build a geothermal power plant and deep core mines on habitats.

@Vincenator None of these mods should effect habitability, not sure whats causing it.

After using the mod midgame, some of my worlds had their habitability went down to 20~ percent, used the planet diversity mod. Any possible bugs form this?

huh. yeah i see no mines, farms, or power plants on my habs. so yeah, i think something's not working right. the rest of it is functioning though.

@Cookiesnm1lk There actually are, or atleast there should be I never tested to see if it actually works lol.
The Mines should be buildable on any habitat built above a planet with a mineral or alloy deposity. Its the same for the energy buildings except the planet needs an energy deposit. Farms should still be buildable anywhere.
I also have no idea when or why I set it up like that, ill probably change it around in the next patch.

Any chance for a mod that adds a building for greatly expanded housing? I always seem to run short and there's limited options otherwise. Something that perhaps takes consumer goods as a base construction and upkeep resource?
