this map does not have AI nodes. I dont even think It has a correct nav mesh. This map was not designed for bots.

Between 90 and 120 seconds you can "destroy" the traitor tester but it still activates

With the release of the new gmod update I just hve released the last update for this map. This update is final. There will be no more features and patches for this map.

Hello Incendia,

I also tried to spawn a dupe in the pool and my fps also dropped. I tried to spawn the walker in different maps with water. Spawning a dupe in water on other maps like gm_construct or ttt_waterworld also dropped my fps significantly. So this is rather a problem with the engine.

I guess the game has to calculate all the water physics from the single parts of the dupes.

There will be a optimization update next week. Hopefully this will improve the FPS.

i have this problem whenever i put a dupe like the walker in the pool, the map takes a dive in fps, it goes to 20-10 fps, i dunno what's causing this

Hello gbs,

sorry to hear I heave caused you inconvenience.

That update was based on feedback from the community. For example there were wishes for bigger pools, a more uniform look, more dated props etc. I tried to implement these things, but It is impossible to please anyone. There were also some other minor changes and bug fixes (enabled HDR again).

I am quite happy with the changes. The map looks now like it was made in 2016 and not in 2012. My goal is not to inconvenience players, but to make the map better. That is why I have spent extra hours from my free time in this map.

For me at least I still have stable FPS over 100. Next week on the 29th May there will be a new Garrys Mod Update. I'll release the last update (optimization) at the same time. A server restart will be necessary anyway.

In my opinion it is easier to update the map while it is still new. This map is not in many collections and will cause less inconvenience for everybody then later.

Yeah i like the map but the inside pool is kinda small and some ragdolls get stuck on the slide

I really like the layout of this map, but I think you should overhaul the aesthetics of it. The style is too conflicting.

This map uses CS:GO materials but you don't need the game. The content is already packed into the bsp.

I tried it with Ruben again and after a restart it worked.

Try updating the map and restart gmod and relaunch. Maybe that will fix the problems.

I compiled the map again but without HDR.
I have updated it now.

You mean with "not working" the lighting right?

Ok I updated that map again and finally could fix the issue with HDR. The defaultcubemap.hdr didn't work for the map. I replaced it now and the map is playable with mat_hdr_level 2.

Could you guys please test now if everything is working :)?

Hmmm I tried fixing that weird lighting bug, but it didn't work for me. So I removed all cubemaps until I figured that out.

Is it still buggy?
You can turn off reflections with mat_specular 0
