The armor should have some weaknesses, balance-wise. Perhaps some mitigation of mobility or dodge?

Mod Jam disables the Grand version completely to leave room for the Metion battle armor from the Custodian mod.

Is there any information on what specific "supplies" are needed for the Grand version? Playing on Mod Jam and researched all the armour projects/research, but I can only build the normal Titan version (already got 1 from the initial research)

I note that there is an "Energy Core" item that can be built in Engineering that says it is needed to power the ability of the Titan Armour, but s'far as I can tell I'm able to use the Grand Slam without it. That and I assumed that the Energy Core was utilised via the "Upgrade Equipment" tab and added to the armour that way but t'was 'no bueno'.

Sooo... is the Energy Core used for another ability that is only visible once it is properly added or...? Am confused. :(

In addition to Assault Powered Armor Tech and Andromedon Autopsy, I also had to research Powered Armor to build Titan Armors. Is it supposed to be like this?

There are two main ways;
1) use a mod to allow any cosmetic on any armour like Unrestricted Customisation Redux
or
2) ALOT of config editing adding other cosmetic options to the XComContent.ini for this armour type

When I wear this, the only thing I can change cosmetically is the head. When I go to change anything else, the only options that show up is the titan/grand titan armors. Any way to remove that limitation?

@SuperDigga: Mod Jam disabled the Grand Titan Armor. If you want something heavier in the LWotC/ Mod Jam setting you need the Metion Battlesuit from the Custodian mod.

In LWotC here, after researching Assault Powered Armors I made Titan armor but I dont see anywhere the Grand Titan, in engineering or proving ground.

Is there anyway to do a hover SHIV mod for XCOM? Someone managed to build a SHIV mod on nexus and Steam(there are three separate mod if you google search.

Pretty sure (default.FreeActionCost) is a pre-set free cost that checks for at least 1Action Point
Similar to how you also have (default.Deadeye) and (default.SelfTarget) for targeting :)

Question about the Titan Strike and Grand Titan Strike abilities. In the Localizations, it says that both of them use 1 action and don't end the turn. However, in X2Ability_TitanStrike.uc, neither of the abilities have action point costs defined, and instead both use Template.AbilityCosts.AddItem(default.FreeActionCost).

Which of the two is correct?

By default these armors do not give you an extra Utility slot OR a Heavy Weapon Slot

Are these individually built or is it a barrack-wide upgrade? I would like to know, because I am running a Covert Infiltration playthrough and need to know if I need to make a bridge mod for this one.

@GunsAndGlory you might need to use a console command or reward deck refresher to get the project to show up if you've already completed the requirements, but yeah, it works fine in an existing save

you need to do the Andromedon autopsy, unlock Assault Powered Armor, research that and then can build them in Shen's Lab
