*Infrastructure Advancements now have construction time reduced by 33%, giving every Governors experience every month.

*Exploration Incentives now give survey scientists 50% more experience for that.

*Make Damage Output Optimisation, Fleet Capability Advancements, Sub-light Speed Innovations can level Admirals related skills if you have Admiral Level Skills mod enabled.

*Military Traditions, Homeland Defense now cost 2 campaign points to active, since it represent all people of the planets building an anti-doomstack wall that make invader pay for it

*Full-line Navies gives every Admirals experience every month.

*Nerfed Artificial Reproduction effects since they are already fast enough for pop infestations or whatsoever

*Nerfed Flyer Education, Adviser Education a bit

*Warrior Culture Campaign tweaks, now it's a defensive campaign for ground battle.

*Add 1 Swap campaign for non Warrior Culture empire.

*Those defensive armies are from planet's population, for example, 25 pops of planet equal to 25 defensive armies.
