  • Fixed an issue with fleet power calculations. Reduced fleet power should now be back in effect.

  • Fixed ringworld megastructure / construction size issues.
  • Fixed swarm traits spawning on your admirals, which allowed easy identification of the changelings.
  • Leviathan base evasion buffed, however a -40% multiplier was added to prevent evasion from scaling too much (modifier will probably be tweaked in the future).
  • Reduced AI influence gain from ISB buff since they appear to be more aggressive with expansion now.

  • Added difficulty settings for Crisis, Guardians, Fallen Empires, and Awakened Empires. These can be found under Empire Policies (enter free_policies into the game console to make policy changes without a cooldown).
  • Updated ship behaviour for Titans and Erebus. They should now maintain a suitable distance during battle (based on their combat core).
  • Fixed a bug with application of crisis difficulty settings (Thanks to MacrosoftWord for reporting the bug!)
  • Updated the model for Mammalian Titans.
  • Reduced the base HP of Fallen Titans by approximately 30%.
