  • More than doubled the chance of Titan related techs appearing, removed the game age modifier for the Titan tech. This means you should see Titans a lot earlier in game.

  • Fixed a bug with doomsday weapon sapient ai tech requirement for machine empires.
  • Moved the Leviathan evasion modifiers to its core instead of the base ship. This ensures that stacking enigmatic decoders will no longer let you cap evasion.
