- Reverted weapon range increase from previous update.

Update v 3.8

- Increased ship combat speed slightly.
- Decreased ship rotation speed to reduce collison / improve movement fluidity.
- Increased all weapon ranges by 10 to reduce chances of ships not engaging.
- Reformatted 01_defines.txt file to have its changes applied in the mod (Was broken).
- Tweaked ship behaviors to better differentiate combat spacing between ship types.
- Modified targetting weights to make combat more random and to avoid ship clumping.

- Decreased Fleet formation scale slightly to reduce spacing of pre battle
Fleet configuration (users reported fleets too spaced out)
- Increased Fleet formation divisor slightly to reduce spacing of pre battle

- Increased Combat detection range multiplier so fleets engage from further out.
- Decreased Ship combat speed / rotation to prevent blobbing towards middle / end
of larger engagements.
- Reworked standard ship behaviors to improve engagement ranges between early game
corvette only fleets. (Also improves mixed fleet positioning)
