Boldly onward after the reversion to hopefully a more stable state. Making changes that shouldnt cause crashes at all...

-Balance pass to condense archer accuracy on the high end. Was making too many "magic arrows" for hero units.

-lessened the accuracy bonus given by Fletcher building chain. Too many magic arrows for upgraded units.

-Tweaked 1.5x mod unit sizes, made new file that will be easier to make changes to in the future

Matched the "background GDP" for major and minor factions. Before, Minor factions had half of that value than majors. This should result in even more chances for minor factions to become major in-game!

Minor update removing the secondary building requirements for the Portuguese Lanceiros and Pistoleiros cavalry. Every type of Port cav needed a secondary building, so the stables in and of itself is useless. I felt that was too harsh.
