-Portuguese Voices for Infantry! Cavalry and Artillery will be silent for now, but Portuguese infantry should now speak Portuguese most of the time! (There will be a few random American-accent english phrases from FOTS spoken for your entire army, it is unavoidable) Huge thanks to Snedeck for helping me figure out implementation and Vlakc for making the speech addon.

-Did a full unit stats and cost balance pass. Numbers of men per unit may change, youll just have to deal with that in your saves :). Trying something new with "Heroes" (no Tatsu units): setting their HP/man to 1 instead of 2. This will make them much less effective, and depending on what you guys think I can go from there.

-Made lower tier matchlock units have less overall projectile spread, so there should be less bullets hitting the ground 25yds in front of the unit.

-Re-worked land artillery Grape Shot to have more projectiles and spread out more. Is much deadlier!

-Kisho Ninjas and Hanzo's Shadows get CAMPAIGN MAP STEALTH. Use them as scouts, they can also attack buildings.
