- Swapped 2 icons for modifiers that are unlocked by "Encourage Local Economies" in the Commerce tradition. Food & energy icons for the modifiers now show up correctly.

- Changed the descriptor file to read 3.11.3.

(Kroun / Metallichydra)

- Commander and Official level 3 traits from academy now correctly unlocked by the finisher and not Military Schools

- Tier 3 Unyielding trait now gives 5% less disengagement chance reduction and 5% more hull points intead of being identical to unyielding 2

- Disabled Spark of Genius 3 as Spark of Genius traits are supposed to give higher chance of drawing rare technologies, but enabling the tier 3 version to do so would require overrides.

- Those who own the paragon's DLC can now pick traits themselves when a leader levels up from Military Schools' bonus level

- Individualism now uses the leader starting level modifier instead of giving an amount of experience that was supposed to level up the leader

- Liberty Freedom of Speech now uses triggered modifier. Also removed its unexplained nerf to AI empires.

- Added some localisation to increase interoperability between EST and More Traditions (by kroun / Metallichydra). (Basically addressed the duplicate names if both were activated.)
