- Disabled Spark of Genius 3 as Spark of Genius traits are supposed to give higher chance of drawing rare technologies, but enabling the tier 3 version to do so would require overrides.

- Those who own the paragon's DLC can now pick traits themselves when a leader levels up from Military Schools' bonus level

- Individualism now uses the leader starting level modifier instead of giving an amount of experience that was supposed to level up the leader

- Liberty Freedom of Speech now uses triggered modifier. Also removed its unexplained nerf to AI empires.
