+ removed the MTTH in the "An Imitation No Longer" event, replacing it with a more performance friendly method
+ added always = yes scripted trigger for sots detection
+ Renamed instances of 'Runic' to 'Theta' in component loc. (since red phanon is now called 'runic')
+ Added theta hypermixed calibrators, HLP platings, and aux auras
+ buffed theta aux energy components to be in line with the ACOT changes
+ Theta shields now cost alloys instead of energy
+ Reworked PDs to be more like their predecessors
+ Added vanilla SRs to aux costs
+ nerfed range of theta macrocannon
+ Fixed an issue where armor and aux had the incorrect alloy costs. (they'll be more expensive now!)
+ Reworked sots strikecraft to be more like their predecessors, and added PAC strikecraft
+ Added anti regen starbase modules in case they spawn with silly aux slots
+ Adjusted theta sections to have equal slots to master sections, but with much better modifiers (less than omega though)

+ AI will no longer be able to do the Celeste/GA digsites
+ Updated the 'Infinity Calculator' trait so that the bonuses work after Paragons.
+ Added Phanon rival interactions upon researching Theta tech. These are the ability to recruit field theta fields operatives and the ability to buy and build Theta Phanon ships
+Rewrote the localization for the first two story events, the tech events, and much of the Aetherophasic Mirror stuff.
