Reduced the chance of Psionic Singularity spawning.
Psionic storm now form 45 to 75 days after the last psionic portal is destroyed instead of 15 days.
Fixed the bug that sometimes the ships in the Gamma Area could not be unlocked correctly.
Fixed bug where shield/armor reduction modifiers were incorrect.

Starlight-II's leader education-related functions will have a probability to provide destiny traits.
Reduced resource stock requirements for Dark Matter and Zro production techs.
The Compound Research Facility will provide Archaeological Engineer jobs on Relic Planets.
Fixed a bug that the Fleet Commander would die when Light of Lonely Star switched weapons.
Fixed a bug that the districts would be cleared when building the Industrial City Planet.
Fixed a bug where class 5 singularity obtained from primitive civilization could not be built.
Fixed a bug where the communication with the Psionic Conduit could be triggered repeatedly.

Added special resource-related traits.
Increased consumption of minor artifacts for various events.

Produces of Psionic Conduit will be affected by pop produce modifiers.
Produces of ancient ruins in Epsilon Area (and the ancient archives in other areas) will not be affected by pop produce modifiers.

Exploration and archaeological components of the science constructor can only carry 2 per ship.
