Added a situation to see when the Shroud Invaders will arrive by capturing the Zeta Area.
There will be more pre-events before the arrival of the Shroud Invaders, rather than simply the army attacking the planet.
Added some small events.
Optimized the behavior of destroyers of the Starlight series and added torpedo weapons.
Fixed a bug where the star system selector sometimes had too many targets to select.

Fixed a bug where the situation required the gestalt empire to provide consumer goods.
When minor artifacts are scarce, colonize Theta Area's ring world will provide a building that produces a small number of minor artifacts.
The psionic environment of the Shroud Invaders will increase the upkeep of the ship in the same way as the psionic environment of the Beta Area.
Shroud Invaders will spawn a starbase one of their own after destroying a starbase just like vanilla crisis.

Fixed a bug where the corporate branches on the planet would not be destroyed when the crisis faction controlled the planet.
Fixed a bug where ships that sometimes could not be destroyed.
