MAJOR UPDATE
-Changed how capacity is calculated to use free housing, which should make this universally compatible
-Capacity split into Carrying Capacity for biologicals and Robot Capacity for Robots. Rogue Servitors and driven assimilators should work now
-Growth speed modifiers are now applied only from the deposit (you cant see the boost from pops anymore), but are multiplicative with other modifiers. So growth speed traits are once again relevant.

-Reupload of modifiers file due to reported inconsistency.

Update: 1 Dec, 2019 @ 10:49am
