Fixed a bug which made the alloy foundry a 1 per planet building.

Extensive update to make the game compatible with the latest version of the game.

New:
-3 tiers of alloy buildings
-3 tiers of concumer goods buildings
- Renames and reskins of the "1 per planet" vanilla buildings which produce alloys and consumer goods
- Added the Synthesis Centers buildings, which now replaces the old Ministry of Strategic resources. This late-game building adds 1 refinery job per refinery building.

Added a change to the Nanite Transmuter building. It now produces +20 of EACH strategic resource, making it about as good as a fully upgraded refinery of each type wrapped into a single building.

This is an emergency fix until I figure out once and for all what is going wrong with the oh so wonderful launcher Paradox created for Stellaris.

Ever since the new launcher was introduced I have no longer been able to update my mods. While I wait for the launcher to be improved/fixed I am forced to revert to the 2.3.3. version as an emergency measure. This version should still work in most cases and I'm sorry for the inconvenience and long wait.

I'll wait for Paradox to get their shit together before I continue further development.
