Apparently it has been reported that advanced AIs sometimes start with 3-7 cruisers instead of 3-7 corvettes they were supposed to. Not only it's not intended (in other words, a bug), but I don't know why does it happen (most sensible guess it might be another bug connected with ship names duplicates). For now until I or anybody else figures out why does it happen I changed the amount of extra ships advanced empires get to 0-1.

Fixed a minor typo in a building file.

Incorporated some scripted changes from the Merger of Rules mod ( sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2458836869 ). I think it should stop the bug when AI didn't use the colossus.

AI will build more armies in the lategame so it will be a bit harder to stop them with fortress worlds.

Small ship design changes.

Changed necroid job weights so starting distribution is the same as vanilla (didn't realise it was different).

Increased the mutual threat decay a bit.
