-added list of online players next to the chat
-added nametags above nearby players while chat is open

-fixed local player model lagging/jittering while walking
-added player model compatibility check. this should reduce the amount of error spam on multiplayer servers
-you can no longer pick up ragdolls as it was causing a crash (and it wouldn't have worked well anyway with the current system)
-potentially fixed another cause of error spam in multiplayer

-added "empty hand" weapon instead of using the fists for that purpose
-fixed weapon menu breaking after trying to select an empty slot

-fixed vr scale not being properly applied to everything. this fixes things like the chaperone grid looking like it goes underground etc

-improved FOV calculation. This seems to fix the VR projection at least on the Vive making it match up with the chaperone grid

-added chat display. you can open/close it by pressing the mic bind
-voice is now toggle instead of push to talk. hold the mic bind to switch it on/off

-improved item throwing physics in singleplayer (and a bit in mp aswell)
-fixed issue in multiplayer where other vr players picked up items would appear in the wrong position

-fixed an issue in multiplayer where vr players arms would randomly get desynced from player position causing weird stretching

-added weapon selection menu. you must update the module files to get new controller binds for using it.
