* Removed the economic_categories, which wasn't doing anything except glitching some modifiers and maybe breaking the AI being able to use platforms.
For the life of me, I couldn't get it to do anything productive. Instead, use the "Universal Modifiers Patch" now listed as a dependency.

* Fixed localisation for languages other then English

* To compensate for the nerf last version, the "Deep Space Defenses" now gives +10% base HP, up from +5%

* Removed the vestigial remnants of the long since removed from vanilla "Right of Conquest" tradition
* Reduced the defense platform cost reduction of the "Deep Space Defenses" line of technologies from -15% to -10%.
** When combines with the "The Great Game" and the "Secure the Borders" agenda, plus a random -10% cost reduction I couldn't find the source for, this was adding up to over a 100% cost reduction. Getting platforms for free is a bit much.
