as it turns out, my fix for space police + bl shields inadvertently disabled my peacekeeper npcs, I have since fixed that

also replaced the flamethrowers the USCM remnants grunts use with non-tierlocked versions, and added a line of dialogue to nuru at the ark

actually fixed the incompatibility between this mod and space police 2 + borderlands shields

once again, hopefully I've fixed issues between this mod and borderlands npc shields

should hopefully have fixed the incompatibility bug with BL3 shields

fixed shadow guard npcs dieing when interreacted with sometimes thanks to missing dialogue

finalized power dash tech and finally fixed job offers compat
