fixed bug with protector's handgun, sadly this involved disabling it's upgrade until further notice

added a codex to the protectorate base space encounter

you can now upgrade the protector's handgun, although you'll need upgraded upgrades and it's tier 8+ patch for this to work

fixed recipes for the protectorate dyes

you can also now get those 2 mech body colors as dyes, should have done this with the previous update XD

added those 2 colors the protector's mech body uses as mech color options
