It's fun, but nobody wants to play with me D:

There's minimal player-base unless you can organise a session with your Steam friends to play locally, or in turns through the 2-Player setting.

Bad Port.
Forced Mouse Acceleration + Mouse Smoothness.
Config settings are ignored. There is literally no work-around.

This is an issue because the mouse has a delay lag when you finish rotating, It's acting as if you're using a console controller.

That's not all, there's a weird stuttering when you rotate TOO quickly when trying to fix the above issue by increasing your mouse DPI.

The sensitivity increases dramatically when you're running and move your camera ever so slightly, It's not consistent with that of walking, it's in an entirely new realm of speed.
There's no hope for this game.

Combat.
It's the type of combat you'd see in an MMORPG, target based. Select and use a spell.
It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥' hard, initially.
I haven't had the patience much to continue with this game to try out the combat past the first few encounters, most of my hours are trying to find camera workarounds
The stamina within combat allows you to attack once and dodge twice before you get tired, it will take some time getting used too, also seems to be the main thing you should focus on upgrading due to how limited and essential it is in combat.

Switching targets is a massive c u n t.
Move your mouse to switch targets, don't use it to look around while checking your surroundings in-case you're about to be backstabbed by another enemy, because you'll switch targets and end up attacking the air.
Solution: Don't look around, get backstabbed anyway. Can't be helped.

Worst Game I've played this year,
In the bin.

MURDERED: Soul Suspect is absolutely worth playing.
I'm ranking it high in the best games I've played if I had a list.

What game lets you play as a fricken Ghost Detective? This game dude.

Soul Suspect was meant to be played years ago but I had kept putting the game further down my backlog until eventually It was forgotten about.

Best decision was giving it a crack and seeing how it played out.
So bloody good.

It's a very small "open world game", with instances for areas you unlock as you progress, and they stay open for collectable hunting later on if you choose to do so, or just simply go back and retrace your steps.

Don't be put off by it being a Detective game, it's not that hard, you literally have your hand being held and click the odd few things which brings cases to a conclusion.

It's heavy on the Story, and that's what you want in these sort of games.

**MURDERED: Soul Suspect strongly reminds me of the movie "The Frighteners (1996)"**
If you enjoyed this game, then please check out the damn trailer.

Never have I left a negative review for a game for being too difficult to complete.
This ♥♥♥♥ was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ close.

Half way point it becomes 200% insanely difficult to the point It's not even worth continuing, I've spent 3 hours on this single stage boss.

This is not something I'd ever recommend, but I'm already involved in the Story and wish to see it to an end.

Went in thinking It would be my in-between game,
Something you'd mess around on for 20 minutes,

The progression system had me hooked.
100% completed the game, with a few hours idle for the bank achievement.

Go on, tell yourself you'll try it for 20 minutes

I'm afraid I have to not recommend it.
Basically; I absolutely hated dying and forced restarts.

Be sure to save every 2 minutes, because you'll be dying frequently from mechanics that you have no control over.

Saving the game costs coins, a currency which is also used to buy essential items to finish the game.
I don't know what will happen if you run out of coins and can't afford the items, soft-lock?

I also wouldn't want to have zero coins and having to progress further in the game knowing that you could die at any time and having to restart that last hour of game-play, like I just did.

Play Yuppie-Psycho instead, It's their better game.
I died once in the entire play-through, the only time you'd save is when you had enough of the game for the day. Death wasn't an issue, therefore saving was almost infinite.
if I was scared of a new area in The Count Lucanor for fear of dying and having to restart since the last save, which is ALL THE TIME, I would save before hand which depleted your limited saves and currency dramatically.
The saves weren't unnecessary either, because I did indeed die multiple times in between saves.

This one is for those people that enjoy restarting and playing the same areas and learning from your mistakes to progress.
Just don't save too often.

Great game !
I enjoyed the first game more, but Knights of the old Republic II was just as good and I recommend it all the same.

I suggest downloading the Restoration Content Mod which restores cut content from the game and I think it's also the reason for the updated graphics and widescreen support.

-----

* I would STRONGLY advise avoiding the M4-78 Restoration Mod, which was the unfinished portion of the game that was restored by a group of Modders.
It's solely a single planet with little lore to the main game.

But if you have to play through it, I recommend only focusing on the Main Quest to rush through the planet.
The side quests are a bundled mess that I spent a good amount of 4 hours on from being confused on where I was meant to go, and who I was supposed to talk with.

M4-78 - Mostly spoiler free tl;dr
Is a Droid Planet that you receive coordinates for to find a certain Person, It's invaded by Sith days before you get here whom have all died from a radiation leak.
You complete confusing and stressing side-quests, until you finally reach this Person you were looking for originally, then you leave the Planet and continue where you left off.

The worst optimised Game I've ever played from my Steam Library.
20,000 Reddit Posts discussing it here [www.google.com]

The difference from;
"Ultra, to Extreme-Potato-Quality-LOW" in Watch Dogs 2 is non-existent.
There is literally no difference in performance, and you'll be playing on 40 Frames.

Watch Dogs 2 will use 100% of your CPU regardless of any setting you have changed, and if by some Jesus Christ miracle you manage to play 60fps without Stutters and Frame drops, then please list your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ specs and lets make a baby
