It's early access. There were some issues at launch but that is to be expected. Devs are quick to react when there is an issue. They communicate mainly on their discord server. Unfortunately, that means many people are left uninformed.

The gameplay itself is refreshing. It's now "more of the same" and not "too different to be fun", but right there in the golden middle grounds. If the devs can bring out this potential, than this will be a really good game.

I have personally only experienced some issues which a few menus, which have already been resolved in one of todays patches.

Even though the concept is good, I personally didn't like the way they executed it.

Played off of Steam for a few dozen hours as well.

If you liked F3, you'll like F:NV even more. Fun questlines, meaningful choices, interesting locations, etc.
In general I liked everything about this game, except for the ammo crafting (but that can be ignored).

Well, here's a 'recommend', I guess.

Surprisingly addicting. Simple yet effective controls. Give it a try. You'll know wether you like it or not after like 15 minutes.

It looks the way you remember it, not the way it used to look.

Also: Nice tutorial and subsequent botmatch! It's good for new people to have a mandatory match in which they can set their keybinds and mouse sensitivity, while testing those changes ingame. I like that approach!

Puzzle game which rewards exploration and getting creative with gameplay mechanics.
If you're not sure, play the demo first.

Loading a previously saved game did take a while for me. Might have been fixed by now. If not, just have a bit of patience - go get a drink or a snack ;)

The game was already fun before the balance patch, but now also offers a bit of a challenge. Where money was abundant before, it is now possible to run out of it. This leads to having to find out why and solving the problem, which adds some depth to an already pleasant game.
