The only thing I'm not too sure about is having both the connector from tspawn to mid and lower dark. I think removing lower dark (RIP) would be a great way to balance the map for a couple of reasons:
1. It would make rotation, as T, from Short to B longer, giving the ct's a longer time to react to a potential fake on A, shifting the map a bit more towards ct-side (we've all been in the situation, you have guys on short, but deside to do a mid round call and go b from lower -> tunnels instead).
2. It would make it more difficult for the T's to do a surprise, early round, tec9 rush from mid-b to b, because you can't get close to the mid-doors as easily without being spotted by the CT's and thereby strengthening the CT hold on mid and B, which has been the main concern about the old map for a lot of people.
My one suggestion would be to remove the baskets in the middle of short, they're literally the bane of my existence.
I love how the idea of Tunnels got open up, brighter. The removal of "Mid Doors", changing into Boxes. can also work. The "Car" near A or can be called "Temple" is also a great idea. The Passage way around Mid to Tunnels or T Flat, rather than going back to T Spawn and go to T Flat or going to Lower Tunnels, is another great idea.
There is one thing I wanted to change. The SWAT Truck at CT Spawn. It kinda obstructs between Mid and A. It also obstructs CT and B. The actual Dust2 in CT, uses IDF rather that SWAT. Overall Great Map remake! GJ!
The removal of the double doors is a breath of fresh air and i welcome the arches that take the doors place. I also like the new Ct spawn, giving the cts more room to play with when reataking B from ct spawn. However I did find that the small curb you added at the end of Ct spawn was annoying when trying to smoke middle.
the new xbox is nice and having players forced to go around to do the orginal jump instead of the skillful shortcut from the ct side of the box. please consider making the box a little smaller so that a player playing that spot has more than one way of peaking a player on ct middle. Unfortanatly I do not like the little pallet you added on the side of the xbox and i recomend that the pallet be placed upright and slanted on the xbox for an easy run up and less confusion to a player.

The site remains very similar from the original which is nice altough im a bit confused to why you removed part of the cat walk's wall at the start. Also I liked the shorter pit at long A, this original long was too long and annoying.

I'm back again to give some feedback on your updating remake of dust 2
I hope that my comments were helpful last time and I hope they are helpful this time as well.
(unfortanatly I cannot add everyting i want to say in one post so you'll have to excuse me for making three posts)
I'll start with bombsite B
the planks you added on the middle boxes are nice because it was a nice boost from the original map and it helps new players have a visual where I can stand.
The extra wall that is replacing the car is an interesting move and I am curious to see what it brings to the table.
finally I really like the windows on top of the tunnel entrace to B they are perfect for helping Ts get into the site and punishing Cts for overusing the platform. I wonder if you'll add glass to the windows to worn Cts of a push into the site.
