I think my setup is weird, because the map is incredibly dark when I play.
Aside from being a minor issue, it made playing the map more immersive.

(Also nothing fell from the ceiling it was actually just the glass on the ground that scared the shit out of me so much that I confused it for a light fixture falling.)

Played it again yesterday. I managed to "beat" the map. The experience honestly was amazing and the comic was insanely well illustrated even if it is quite sad. It honestly opens up more answers. Who made this place? Why is it even on Charon of all places? Why was it abandoned? Is anything still living there? And what was it's purpose? Also I found a weird hallway out of bounds after I beat it and it started playing even creepier music. No idea if its a bug or just a weird Easter egg but I dig it. All in all the map is absolute peak and I cannot wait to see if more like it is ever made in the future or if this base and its lore is ever expanded upon!

welp time to explore for the 3rd time

I decided to play this mod yesterday and it scared the shit out of me with the thing that fell from the ceiling. This map is genuinely one of the few maps that this community has made that actually has scared me so far. 10/10 may or may not install it again to explore it again.

the portal soundtrack realy make the ambiance of the map.

Within the area unlocked by the yellow key, theres another red key which unlocks another area. Just found this. Really loving these little secrets.

also noticed much smaller changes
- the first openable room you see now has two vents, a secretary window, and a couple filing cabinets.
- the top of the first elevator now also has a floor with a hatch which i somehow completely missed
- the entrance to the bunker now has buttons which i guess are meant to open and close the entrance to the bunker, but they don't work because it's pretty obvious a destroyed bunker won't have power (or maybe those buttons were always there and im just a dum dum)

Alright, turns out,
- there is infact a key in the vent, as chunch stated
- and it's used to open the area in the middle of the elevator, and there's a locked door at the end of the hall, which could maybe hint at a future update, idk.
and im guessing the lighting doesnt work there because the area's lighting is connected to unlocking the area

gotcha, moving out

look closer and you will find a key from a new area in the shaft

I just now realized the map updated in may
so far the changes I can tell are
- there's a broken light on the ground which damages you if you step over it
- one of the vents are breakable
- the downstair bedrooms/cells now have cabinets
- the room opposite of the elevator now has a tool box
- the room in the middle of the elevator shaft now has an entire new area if you noclip through the door (lights only work if you view the area from out of bounds)
idk if this update means there's more planned for the map, there probably isn't, but at least it's cool noticing all the new things.

This map goes very well with Aphex Twin - red calx (medium pitch)
